Weight Loss Kos

I was back on track earlier this year, feeling pretty good, and (re) losing some of the weight I'd gained.  And then something hit.

It was no single thing.  Work is stressful; stress has been growing there for (literally) years.  I'd gotten a 'puppy' who is cute as a button and smart as a whip, but as destructive as a hurricane.  My boyfriend (?) and I are living apart, and I feel like half a person (though twice the size of one.)

WYFP, huh?  But it wasn't any single one of those that tipped the balance, or the day my car didn't start, dealing with a clueless co-worker, or any other single thing.

But for days, I thought about food that I knew I should avoid.  Morning to night, day after day.  And finally, I said screw it, and I got that food.
